1 medium jicama
1 A cup of blueberries
6 Big strawberries
8 leaves of fresh basil
1 Slice of purple onion
1 big lemon
3 spoons of Olive Oil
Wash the jicama, the blueberries, and the strawberries. Cut the jicama and the strawberries in small cubes. Chop the basil leaves and the purple onion, and then mix all together.
Mix the lemon juice with the olive oil and the dried basil.
Mix, refrigerate for 20 minutes and serve.
