Mango Ceviche

This is a fresh and delicious dish to enjoy and get advantage of the mango season.


-4 cups of white fish in cubes marinated for at least two hours in lemon juice (any white fish will do, it is important to check it is fresh)

-4 cups of fresh and firm mango also in cubes

-1 cup of chopped red onion

-1 cup of chopped cilantro

-4 spoons of hot red pepper flakes

-The juice of two lemons

-A bit of natural grain sea salt

-1 Avocado in slices

-Tortilla chips or crackers

-Some cilantro leaves to decorate.


Cut the fish filets in cubes and marinate them in lemon juice for no less than two hours. Add the salt and continue marinating for 30 more minutes. After that, separate all fish from the liquid.

Cut the mango, chop the red onion and the cilantro, mix them all together in a bowl with the fish, add the lemon juice and the hot red pepper flakes.

Serve in a dish with avocado slices and tortilla chips or crackers, put some leaves of cilantro to ornament.
